Kale Yeah! Let’s Talk Organic

Updated: Jul 23

At Rooted Health, we believe that what you leave off your plate is just as important as what you put on it - which is why avoiding the Dirty Dozen can be a powerful step toward reducing your exposure to harmful pesticides and supporting long-term wellness.

These foods are nutritious either way, but if you’re going to prioritize organic, this list is a great place to start. We also understand that eating organic doesn’t have to be all or nothing - focusing on the Dirty Dozen is a smart, budget-friendly way to prioritize your health without stressing about making every single item organic.
